Prof. Dr. Manish Sharma, a proud alumnus of KLE Dental College, Belgaum and SDM Dental College, Dharwad, founded Smiles…by Design in Lucknow in 2001 with a vision of ethical, transparent, and high-quality dental care. The practice grew steadily, opening branches in South Delhi (2014), Surat (2021), and a workstation in Gurgaon (Smile Story, 2019). In 2024, its first owned clinic was established at Uday Park, South Delhi. Over the years, patients from across India and countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, and Nepal have trusted his expertise.

Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Sharma has had a fulfilling academic career, serving at institutions like Rama Dental College, Sardar Patel Institute, Saraswati Dental College, and as HOD at MDC Raipur & KMC Kathmandu. He has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences and is widely recognized for his contributions.

A pioneer in dental implantology, he began implant treatments in 2004 and introduced guided surgery in India in 2009, working extensively with Nobel BioCare systems. His expertise spans full mouth rehabilitation, digital smile design, esthetic dentistry, TMJ rehabilitation, implant grafting, and guided surgeries. Since 2006, his clinic has followed a multi-specialty model with consultants across dental fields, and his foundation Evaluateforu supports prosthodontic and implant treatment consultancy nationwide.
